Had an issue with loosing Intercooler coolant on my q50. It wasn’t an easy task to diagnose/repair but it was done quickly and very professionally. Compliments to my service advisor Juan and his service manager Stephanie who ensured quality work done. They discovered another issue with main coolant pump that was replaced free of charge (warranty). Had a little hiccup with low coolant level but that was promptly fixed free of charge. Car now is in tiptop shape, that is what matters. Five stars!

The service bay layout leaves a bit to be desired. The layout requires one to cross one or two lanes in order to enter the building. I also do not like having to stand in the service advisor’s “booth”. The advisors should have offices with desk and chairs.

If your looking for an INFINITI or any make of car and Live in Houston or out of state like me GO BUY YOUR CAR at this place ! You won’t regret it. It was the most honest simplest dealings along with a high quality presented vehicle that was detailed and full tank of gas and I was in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it and gave me a USB which is my paper work which is a great ideal. Sewell has a great staff from the time you drive in to drop off your car. They text you to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle, the coffee shop area is outstanding and clean. The check out is so easy once you receive your text or phone that your vehicle is ready you can pay for it online or in person. Than they will wash and vacuum your vehicle. As part of your service at no charge.

The service I received was great. They determined the problem with my vehicle in a timely manner. Dillion the service advisor was awesome. He kept me updated on the vehicle status and they also offered loaner vehicle. I was pleased with the repairs and service overall.
